Pastry Chef for Indian Cuisine in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team at an Indian restaurant in Nizwa, Oman. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in pastry and dessert making, with a specialization in Indian cuisine. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian desserts and pastries, as well as developing new and innovative recipes to add to our menu.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian desserts and pastries according to traditional recipes
- Develop new dessert and pastry items that reflect the flavors and techniques of Indian cuisine
- Ensure all desserts and pastries are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies related to pastry making
- Train junior staff members on proper pastry techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure a well-rounded menu for our customers

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Experience in creating authentic Indian desserts and pastries is required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures related to pastry making
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
