Industrial Architect
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Multan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial facilities, such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and clients to create efficient and functional spaces that meet all safety and building code requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements
- Create detailed building plans, including floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Design layouts for machinery and equipment placement
- Determine appropriate materials for construction based on budget and durability
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate structural elements into the design
- Consult with clients to understand their vision for the space
- Present design proposals to clients for approval
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of industrial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This is a contract job located in Multan. Accommodation is not provided.
