Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in the city of Multan. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and budget goals are met
- Oversee the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Review and approve all architectural designs and drawings before they are submitted for approval or construction
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. We offer free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as a round-trip ticket upon employment.
