IT Support Specialist

Our growing IT company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Ensure all systems are up to date with the latest software updates and patches
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Train users on new technology or software when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Salary: $1500 per month.
