Florist Supervisor

We are a growing floral design company in Dubai seeking a skilled and experienced Florist Supervisor to join our team. As a Florist Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our floral design department, managing a team of florists, and ensuring that all floral arrangements meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a florist, as well as strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of florists to ensure the highest level of customer service and quality standards
- Oversee the design and creation of all floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and installations
- Manage inventory levels for flowers, plants, and supplies to ensure availability for orders
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to create custom designs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the flower shop and work area
- Ensure timely delivery of all floral orders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into designs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a florist or in a supervisory role within the floral industry
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and an eye for detail in designing unique floral arrangements
- Flexibility with working hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Dubai. Preference will be given to Indian candidates but applicants from all nationalities are welcome.
