Job Title: Industrial Architect

The Industrial Architect will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of construction and engineering principles, as well as experience in creating efficient and functional spaces for manufacturing, warehousing, and other industrial purposes. The ideal candidate will have experience working on projects in various countries, with a focus on India. Prior experience working with Indian clients and familiarity with local regulations and building codes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop industrial buildings, warehouses, factories, and other facilities
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct cost analysis to determine project budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations
- Experience working on international projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel for site visits

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Dickirch (accommodation provided)
