Machine Learning Engineer


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to build scalable solutions that will drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms
- Developing data pipelines to support machine learning workflows
- Collaborating with data scientists to identify business problems and develop solutions
- Building scalable systems for data collection, storage, and analysis
- Conducting experiments to improve model performance and accuracy
- Evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance our machine learning capabilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python or R
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and algorithms (regression, clustering, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about data
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs)
