Entry-Level Solar Installer

We are hiring an Entry-Level Solar Installer to join our team in Funchal. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:
- No prior experience in solar installation required, but must be willing to learn and work in a physically demanding environment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction techniques preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have legal authorization to work in Funchal

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other equipment according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Conduct quality checks on materials before installation and report any defects or issues
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as necessary for installations
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects on time
- Maintain cleanliness of job site and properly dispose of waste materials
- Attend training sessions as required to learn new techniques or equipment updates
