Architectural Project Manager

The Architecture Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Funchal. The successful candidate will have experience in the field and be responsible for planning, budgeting, and coordinating all stages of the project. They will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The Architecture Manager must possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architecture or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of Portuguese language is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of architectural projects
- Define project scope, goals, timeline, budget, and deliverables
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project requirements are met
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other team members to coordinate project tasks
- Review designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, safety standards, etc.
- Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the project
- Mentor junior architects or interns as needed

Salary: $1700 per month for part-time work. Accommodation provided.
