Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Your main duties will include developing project plans, assigning tasks to team members, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and oversee the progress of architectural projects
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure their timely completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve design proposals and construction documents prepared by team members
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other legal requirements
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other legal regulations.

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Funchal, Portugal. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Portugal.
