Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
Location: Bayan, Kuwait
We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Executive Chef to join our restaurant in Bayan, Kuwait. As the head of our kitchen team, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure that our dishes are consistently of the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus for our Indian restaurant, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Oversee all food preparation and cooking processes to ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and assistants
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones
- Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to lead a team of kitchen staff in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Biometric passport preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
