Online Consultant (English-speaking)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Khanpur. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via online platforms. Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products/services
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Monitoring online platforms for any questions or comments from customers and promptly addressing them
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Requirements:

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Khanpur. Local candidates will be given preference but we welcome applications from non-local candidates who are willing to relocate.
