Fitter Technician



As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and machinery. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and experience in the field. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all equipment is functioning at its best.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with machinery and equipment
- Install new equipment, following specifications and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers to develop plans for new installations or modifications to existing systems
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: Braga, Portugal (open to candidates from other nationalities)

Salary: $1700 per month
