Office Assistant for Small Business in St. Petersburg
We are a small business based in St. Petersburg and we are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing petty cash
- Assisting with basic data entry tasks
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in St. Petersburg
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.
