Crane Operator (Non-English Speaking, Contract, Accommodation Provided)


We are seeking a skilled non-English speaking Crane Operator to join our team in Siauliai. As a vital part of our construction crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials on construction sites. This is a contract position with accommodation provided for foreign workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane
- Inspect the crane daily and report any defects or malfunctions
- Communicate with other workers on the construction site to ensure safe movement of materials
- Perform regular maintenance on the crane to ensure optimal performance
- Keep detailed records of daily activities and maintenance performed

Requirements:
- Valid crane operator license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a crane operator
- Ability to communicate effectively in a language other than English (preferably Russian or Lithuanian)
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic knowledge of crane mechanics and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
