Barista (Part-Time)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Barista, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent part-time position with no accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure products are stocked and restocked as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Akron, United States
