Construction Manager



We are a rapidly growing construction company in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Shan, Malaysia. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on site
- Develop project timelines and ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees on site
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Shan, Malaysia
