Construction Manager - Shan, Pakistan


We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Shan, Pakistan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. This includes managing and supervising construction teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Hire and manage construction teams including contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines
- Review and approve project expenses and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and changes
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
