Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Eschen, offering a salary of 1200$. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, from concept to completion. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with excellent technical skills and a passion for design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and safety
- Present designs to clients and make adjustments based on feedback
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Eschen or surrounding areas.
- Fluency in German or any other European language is a plus.
