Architectural Designer - Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial buildings. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that designs meet all requirements and are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design software, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs and layouts for various building projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Communicate with construction teams to provide guidance during the building process
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met
- Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar design software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred but not required
