Junior Computer Support Specialist
Location: Moscow, Russia



As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients with computer hardware, software, and network issues. You will diagnose and troubleshoot problems, install and configure computer systems, and provide guidance on proper use of technology. Additionally, you will assist with maintaining and upgrading computer systems as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Customer service oriented mindset

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
The role is based in Moscow, Russia. However, applicants from other countries are welcome to apply.
