Computer Support Specialist - Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Moscow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for various computer systems and software programs. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, printing, email, and operating systems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Document all support activities in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other IT team members to solve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of $900 per month. Egyptian nationals are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
