Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of machines including but not limited to lathes, drills, grinders, and saws
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Complete production reports accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Basic math skills including measuring and calculating dimensions
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred:
- Experience operating CNC machines is highly desirable
- Previous experience in metalworking or fabrication is a plus
