Online Consultant for Malayalees in Akron, Ohio

We are seeking an Online Consultant to provide virtual support and assistance to Malayalees living in Akron, Ohio. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for addressing the unique needs and concerns of the Malayalee community through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries and provide timely and accurate information to members of the Malayalee community in Akron.
- Assist with translation and interpretation services for non-English speaking individuals.
- Provide guidance and support on various topics such as immigration, healthcare, education, and cultural integration.
- Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to promote resources and services available to the community.
- Maintain a positive online presence by actively engaging with members and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam language (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting is preferred.
- Familiarity with various online platforms such as email, chat, social media is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary: $1500/month

Location: This position is based in Akron, Ohio. However, remote work options may be available for candidates residing outside of Akron.
