Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Eldoret, Kenya. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have about the menu
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the dining areas, including cleaning tables, refilling condiments, and restocking supplies
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared correctly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
