Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Eschen, Philippines


We are hiring a Machine Operator for our manufacturing company in Eschen, Philippines. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring various machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machines including but not limited to CNC machines, lathes, and grinders
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and make necessary adjustments when needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments to maintain standards
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor maintenance as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of machining processes and tools
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
