Junior Architecture Manager in Gujrat, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Junior Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for projects
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications for construction
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure quality control by reviewing completed work for accuracy and compliance with design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior experience is not required but candidates with 1-2 years of experience will be given preference
