Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time, contract position with a salary of 1400 USD per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare and maintain documents and records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, data entry, and record keeping
- Assist with organization of office events or meetings
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language proficiency required
- Ability to work on a contract basis with no prior experience necessary
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one independently
- Comfortable working in an office setting
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
