Fitter - Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location: Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our mechanical maintenance team in Sheduva. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires experience in mechanical repairs and knowledge of technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty parts
- Follow technical drawings and manuals to ensure proper installation of new equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects
- Record all maintenance activities accurately in logs or computer systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, vocational training in mechanical or industrial maintenance preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, gears, and bearings
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
