We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Baker to join our team at our bakery in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operation, including production, quality control, and staff management. This is a full-time position that requires prior experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all bakery operations, including production, quality control, and customer service.
- Oversee the production of a variety of baked goods, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and taste.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise baking staff to ensure efficient production and adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Create new recipes and modify existing ones to keep up with market trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef.
- Proven track record of managing a bakery operation successfully.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to train and supervise baking staff to ensure high-quality products are produced consistently.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Possess or willing to obtain own visa for employment in Bahrain.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
