Fitter - Metal Fabricator

A metal fabrication company in Akron is seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and be able to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and shaping various types of metal to create high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure, cut, and shape various types of metal using tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and shears
- Weld or solder pieces together as needed
- Inspect completed products for quality assurance
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fitter or Metal Fabricator
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Proficient in welding and soldering techniques
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Akron, USA
