Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure efficient production processes. You will also be required to perform quality checks on products and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures
- Keep records of completed orders, production output, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and bending for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Eldoret, Kenya (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)

Preference: Indian nationals with English proficiency (biometric passport required)
