Machine Operator (Contract) - Eldoret, Kenya


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya on a contract basis. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Setting up machines according to specifications for each production run
- Monitoring machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or errors
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines as they arise
- Maintaining accurate records of machine performance and production output
- Following safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or training preferred
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production setting
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary:
