Office Assistant - Jizan, Pakistan
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Jizan, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining financial records
- Support HR functions by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Salary:
1300$ per month
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Sunday to Thursday.
