Entry-Level Barista - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain



Are you a coffee lover with a passion for customer service? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As an entry-level barista, you will work closely with our experienced baristas to learn the art of coffee making and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- No prior experience required - we will provide training!
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling
