Executive Chef


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene. The successful candidate must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have experience managing a team of chefs. This is a seasonal job with the potential for long-term employment for the right candidate. Salary starts at $1200 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary trends and techniques
- Proven track record in menu creation and development
- Ability to manage food costs and inventory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a team of chefs is preferred
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that are innovative, visually appealing, and meet customers' dietary needs.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient use of ingredients while minimizing waste.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, sanitation practices, etc.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, purchasing decisions, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement.
