ESL Tutor


We are hiring an experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Tutor to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an ESL Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized language instruction to students of various ages and levels. This includes creating lesson plans, conducting assessments, and tracking student progress.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker from Canada
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid visa and work permit for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)
- Ability to work with students of all ages and levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Develop customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and goals
- Conduct language assessments to determine student proficiency and track progress
- Provide engaging and interactive language instruction using a variety of teaching methods
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their language learning goals
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month, with potential for increases based on performance.
