Job Title: Floral Designer


As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, special events, and everyday displays. You will use your creativity and knowledge of different types of flowers to design arrangements that meet clients' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials for each arrangement
- Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner while considering color, texture, and size
- Create arrangements for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and other occasions
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Order new supplies as needed
- Ensure all arrangements are completed on time for delivery or pickup
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a floral designer is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their seasonality
- Excellent creativity and design skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Must be physically fit to lift heavy flower buckets and stand for long periods of time

Salary:
$1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Bungoma (open to candidates from any nationality with valid work permit)

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time employment depending on performance.
