IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company's technology operations. Based in Shan, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, systems, and security measures.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve our company's technology infrastructure
- Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend solutions for business needs
- Oversee purchasing of new equipment and software, adhering to budgetary constraints
- Train employees on new systems or processes as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, systems security, data backup/recovery, and cloud services
- Familiarity with operating systems, databases, programming languages (C++, Java), and virtualization technology (VMware)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications (such as CCNA or MCSE) are a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. This job is open to Indian citizens with a valid biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided.
