IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technological operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all of our technology systems and infrastructure, as well as ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies in line with company objectives
- Manage all aspects of technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Ensure the security, reliability, and accessibility of all company data and systems
- Lead a team of IT professionals to provide technical support to employees
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Plan and manage the department budget and allocate resources effectively
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for hardware, software, and telecommunications services
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or cyber attacks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and procedures
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-tech savvy individuals
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology solutions

Location Preference: Shan (Filipino or Kenyan nationality preferred)

Salary: 1800$
