Office Manager - Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This is an English-speaking job open to Egyptian nationals with the added benefit of a free visa and ticket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost effectiveness
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline processes
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Handle HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Assist with event planning for company functions or client meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
