We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Almada, Portugal. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and cater to different dietary needs
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and dishwashers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or catering services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed formal culinary training or possess relevant certifications. Fluency in Portuguese is also desirable.
