Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Plovdiv. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, elevations, and other important measurements. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

You should have prior experience in land surveying, as well as knowledge of relevant software and equipment. A degree in surveying or a related field is preferred. You must also have good physical stamina and be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Analyze data and prepare accurate reports, maps, and plans
- Calculate property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of the surveyed area
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey findings
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good physical stamina for working outdoors
- Understanding of legal requirements for land surveys
- Valid driver's license
