Land Surveyor



We are hiring a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping land areas to determine property boundaries and other features. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Measure and record accurate data of land features, boundaries, and topographical information
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals on survey projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain surveying equipment and tools

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Prior experience as a Land Surveyor preferred
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret survey data and create accurate maps
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. However, candidates from Pakistan or Egypt who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Employment Type:
This is a full-time position with the option for part-time employment. Accommodation may be provided for candidates who require it.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport. No English language skills required.
