Hotel Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Train and manage staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor budget and expenses to ensure financial goals are met
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations systems, revenue management, and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing occupancy rates and revenue
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the hospitality industry in Doha preferred
