We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. You will also oversee the hotel staff, handle guest complaints and concerns, and implement strategies to increase hotel revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure high-quality service is provided to guests
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive relationship with guests by providing excellent customer service
- Monitor budget and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities to ensure they are well-maintained
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and packages for the hotel
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a reputable establishment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in budget management and increasing revenue through strategic planning
- Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
