Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, following recipes and standards set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment and supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Continuously learn about new coffee products, techniques, and trends to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills are a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- A positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
