Barista - Coffee Shop in El-Ain, India

We are a busy coffee shop located in the bustling city of El-Ain and we are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers while providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café at all times
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering any questions they may have
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be able to work full-time hours, including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Must have legal authorization to work in El-Ain without visa sponsorship
- Indian nationality preferred
