Job Title: International Executive Chef


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Executive Chef to join our team in Muscat, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and staff management.

As an International Executive Chef, you must have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes from around the world. You will be responsible for developing and updating menus to ensure they reflect the latest culinary trends while also meeting the preferences of our diverse clientele.

To excel in this role, you must have extensive experience in high-end restaurants and hotels with a focus on international cuisine. You should also have excellent leadership skills to manage and train our kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that reflect the latest culinary trends while catering to the preferences of our diverse clientele
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in accordance with safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, techniques, etc. to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants or hotels
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on European or Asian cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Benefits:
