Merchandiser - Chelyabinsk, Russia

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the visual presentation and promotion of our products in designated retail stores in Chelyabinsk. Your main goal will be to increase sales by ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, suitable for men, and does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to designated retail stores in Chelyabinsk to set up product displays and promotional materials
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines and standards
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with store managers to ensure availability of products
- Build relationships with store personnel to secure prime display locations and negotiate additional space for promotions
- Conduct regular audits of product placement and report any issues or opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail or sales roles
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with store personnel
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and customer preferences
